The Handyman SF is ONLY a referral and scheduling platform. We connect customers with independent handymen/contractors (“Providers”). We do not perform handyman work ourselves and we are not a licensed contractor under California law. Providers are solely responsible for their services, legal compliance, and quality of work, in accordance with San Francisco and California laws.

We do not charge customers any platform fee. All payments are made directly between you and the Provider.

• Booking details: requested services, appointment time, location, notes/photos.
• Communications: emails, SMS, or messages with us.

3. How We Use Your Information
