We do not perform handyman services and are not a licensed contractor under California law. Providers are solely responsible for their work quality, compliance with local laws, and any service agreements with customers.

2. Information We Collect

Contact Details: name, phone number, email address, and service location.
Booking Details: requested services, job description, photos, preferred time and location.
Communications: SMS, phone calls, or emails exchanged with us or Providers.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device data, and cookies for functionality and analytics.
AI Interaction Data: if you interact with chatbots or automated assistants, we may collect transcripts and responses to improve the experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

To connect you with independent Providers based on your request.
To manage bookings, reminders, and communications.
