We do not perform handyman services and are not a licensed contractor under California law. Providers are solely responsible for their work quality, compliance with local laws, and any service agreements with customers.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact Details: name, phone number, email address, and service location.
  • Booking Details: requested services, job description, photos, preferred time and location.
  • Communications: SMS, phone calls, or emails exchanged with us or Providers.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device data, and cookies for functionality and analytics.
  • AI Interaction Data: if you interact with chatbots or automated assistants, we may collect transcripts and responses to improve the experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect you with independent Providers based on your request.
  • To manage bookings, reminders, and communications.
  • To improve our website, forms, and referral process.
  • To send optional promotional content (unsubscribe anytime).
