• Treat Providers and staff with respect.
• No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.

3. Misuse of Services

• No unlawful use of the platform.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse data.
• No scraping or automated misuse of provider/customer data.

4. Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in suspension, termination, or referral to legal authorities.

5. Relationship Disclaimer

The Handyman SF is ONLY a referral and scheduling platform. We do not perform handyman services ourselves and we are not a licensed contractor. All services are performed solely by independent Providers, who are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including San Francisco and California requirements for licensing, labor, safety, and taxation. The Handyman SF is not liable for their services or conduct.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Handyman SF from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Platform or your interactions with Providers.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
