Accepted means a handyman has taken your request. On the way means they are headed to you, and you can see them on the map. Arrived, working and done follow as the visit goes, and at the end you confirm the job is done and rate the handyman.
Can I read reviews before an Eichler repair?
Yes. Open the handyman's profile to see their trades, experience and reviews from other homeowners. Mention in the job description that the house is an Eichler with a heated slab, so whoever takes it knows to be careful fastening anything into the floor.
